Mindful Mamma helps you give your baby a gentle start in life. We have a range of classes and services which aim to help you have your best possible birth, giving your baby a gentle start in life.

Mindful Mamma runs antenatal classes that focus on the mindset of mum and baby so that both of them benefit from a gentle calm birth.

We teach relaxation techniques, but also mindfulness and self-hypnosis to help the mother stay in her birthing zone. We have taught over 250 women at Mindful Mamma and have great results, with couples staying in contact long after their babies are born.

Classes are run in Nottingham, Lincolnshire, Gloucestershire and Birmingham.

We also have a range of MP3s and CDs that we sell throughout retailers in the UK and online.
